Cammy did not always have the slightly pig-like figure that she has now. Before coming to Jollygrim Academy, Cammy lived a normal life with her family (including her jock step-brother Whoppy). She was a health nut who cared about
nothing more than her own weight. Whoppy would always
tease her by saying she was gaining weight, which usually
led to a lengthy fasting period or major change in her diet.

One day after coming home from school, she found an
odd looking book sitting on her desk in her room. Just
then, Whoppy came into her room and saw her
opening the book. He started to say something about
how she was reading a children's book when a light
engulfed the room. After the light had faded, Cammy
found herself in an odd-looking house. A mysterious
woman wearing a very strange dress slowly began to
walk over to them. Almost instinctively, Whoppy made a
rude comment about the woman's manner of dress. The
woman looked furious. She then said several bizarre words, and
pointed her finger at the two of them. In the next moment,
Cammy had pig-like features on various places of her body.
Whoppy had gained an immense amount of weight and now
looked almost like a perfect sphere. The woman laughed,
but still seemed fairly angry. Cammy and Whoppy ran
from the woman and eventually found their way to
Jollygrim Academy.
